The applications are for part of the six-village Trent Vale scheme in North Lincolnshire
Plans have been submitted for a new village made up of more than 1,000 homes in North Lincolnshire
Gleeson Homes has applied for full planning permission for 521 homes near Scunthorpe on land west of Scotter Road and north of Moor Road as part of the Trent Vale project
The developer has also applied to North Lincolnshire Council for outline permission for a further 600 homes, a primary school, and a centre for shops, businesses and medical services
Comments on the application can be made until 10 September
The full planning application includes 98 two-bedroom, 284 three-bedroom and 139 four-bedroom homes on 65 hectares of agricultural land, according to the Local Democracy Reporting Service (LDRS)
The Trent Vale scheme includes six new villages between the River Trent and Scunthorpe
